American based sports trading card manufacturer Topps have confirmed that sales of their limited-edition card featuring Dr. Anthony Fauci pitching ahead of the 2020 MLB season opener Nationals-Yankees game has become the bestselling card in the history of Topps Now, the company’s collection of limited-edition cards.
